Privacy
This page is maintained by the Ripple team to explain what we collect and how it's used. It is not a legal certification. Last updated: 2026.
What we collect
To play Ripple you create an account (email or a supported social sign-in) and choose a handle. When you play a round we store your answer, your guess, and the round it belongs to. We store basic play metadata such as timestamps and your streak.
What we show
Individual answers are never shown to anyone, ever โ not to other players and not on any leaderboard. Only aggregate percentages and anonymous distributions are ever public. Your handle appears on the Sharps leaderboard only if you opt in; your dot on the Map is anonymous by design.
Cookies and analytics
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We may show ads via Google AdSense, which sets its own cookies subject to Google's policies.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated play data by contacting us. Aggregate percentages that no longer reference you personally may remain in historical rounds.
